About us
We are building up the manufacturing, service/maintenance and repair department of gas cooling devices based on the proven STEMKE technology. In addition to STEMKE cooling devices, we offer STEMKE testing and measuring devices for flow measurement in cooling channels.
Traditionally, we offer polishing services for steel and aluminium. Our range of services includes high-gloss polishing, line polishing, mass polishing, demolding polishing and polishing with etching tests due to preparation of molds and parts for coating. We also regenerate the surfaces through laser deposition welding and finishing polishing. We also polish single parts or elements (for example within medical engineering or luxury goods or within development of prototypes and short runs). Naturally, we oer the quality control by a highly-modern measurement technology. We also oer laser precision technology such as laser welding, laser hardening and laser engraving and spotting services.
According to the growing demands of our customers, we have also set the course for the further development of mold services as a complex service. In this way, we can also oer new services beyond just polishing. At the same time, we are also working on the automation of the polishing processes and are also expanding the “custom polishing”
area.
We work precisely, to the point and manage also short-term orders.

STEMKE Cooling
STEMKE refrigerant cooling ensures consistently optimal temperature control of injection molds by eliminating existing hot spots and adjusting the temperature to the mold temperature. This results in high injection molding quality and reduced cycle times. Customers benefit from a measurable increase in productivity. Mold cores, webs, and the smallest areas with a diameter of less than 8 mm are brought to the desired mold/demolition temperature reliably and quickly, precisely and accurately. STEMKE Mold Check
Our Mold Check tool testing device is unique on the market because we combine leak testing and flow measurement in a single device. Up to six water circuits to be tested only need to be connected to the Mold Check once. The test is self-explanatory and largely automatic thanks to the intelligent user interface. Because Mold Check saves and documents the flow values, you can immediately determine, for example, by comparing the target and actual values, whether all water circuits are functioning properly and nothing is clogged. This saves you considerable time and money. In tool manufacturing and during maintenance work in tool repair, Mold Check is ideal for the final inspection.
STEMKE Flow Control
With our STEMKE Flow Control flow meter, you can detect early on whether flow reductions in the temperature control circuits have exceeded a critical value. Flow Control continuously measures the flow and return temperature of the individual temperature control zones during operation of your injection molding machine. If the specified tolerance limits are exceeded, an error signal is immediately sent to the machine operator and the injection molding machine, enabling you to react quickly. Our Flow Control is extremely reliable and can be easily retrofitted to your injection molding machine's existing water flow controllers.
