Environmentally friendly plastics are our passion!

Exipnos GmbH has been based in Merseburg's Brandisstraße since 2015.

We research, develop and produce, among other things, special compounds for a wide range of applications, from the automotive to the construction or food industries. Our production, as well as our project management, is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. In addition, we are constantly working on new technologies with well-known research institutions, leading mechanical engineers and customers.

This is how innovative bioplastics such as the outdoor porcelain BioCelain® are created in our laboratories. At the world's leading trade fair K 2022, we will be presenting new PIR materials (PIR = Post-Industrial Recycling) for vehicle construction that cause up to 60% less carbon dioxide emissions than new materials.

Another result of our research and development work is the direct compounding technology DCIM, which reduces the energy used in the production of injection molded parts by around half and allows significantly more flexible and energy-saving production of plastic products.
