Eltropuls offers the following processes as a service, but also supplies the systems that enable you to perform them in your own facilities:

ELOVATION:
The combination treatment is performed in the newly developed ELOVATION systems. In
our ELOVATION hybrid systems, a complete plasma nitriding process takes place first,
during which support layers with greater penetration depth can be produced.
Immediately afterward, the PVD coating begins without interrupting the vacuum or
causing any significant cooling of the component or tool. This produces hard, smooth and ense layers with excellent adhesion in the shortest possible time. You save on blasting or
polishing as an intermediate step, as well as, in most cases, polishing after coating. See
the ELTROPULS quality for yourself and use this new technology for your components or
tools!

ELTROPULS treatment shop:
ELTROPULS offers plasma nitriding, plasma nitrocarburising, oxidation, and coating as services at three locations. As a specialist in this process, we protect your components in the best possible way – day after day and piece after piece. From single components, to prototypes to serial-production parts: With 50 modern plasma nitriding maschines of various sizes, we guarantee all our customers the best possible treatment without any compromises. Maschine capacity can be expanded at short notice. Fully automated serial production is also possible.
Components of up to 3.1 m in diameter and up to 3.8 m in length are provided with finishes.
ELTROPULS Plant manufacturing:
Eltropuls delivers plasma heat treatment machines and systems for nitriding,
nitrocarburising and coatings. We provide bell-, pit- and horizontal furnaces in various
sizes.
Starting from 0,45m up to 6m diameter and useful heights from 0,8 to 5m. Also fully
automated nitriding systems are available.

Hybrid Ovens For Plasma Nitride & PVD Coating
Our ELOVATION Hybrid systems make it possible to apply the PVD coating directly to a plasma-nitrided compound layer without interrupting the vacuum process, with optimum bonding of the layer to the substrate and without the dissolved compound layer, which reduces adhesion. This enables the use of very hard modern PVD coatings such as Ti(Al)SiN nanocomposites directly on a favorable substrate such as heat-treatable steels. Smooth PVD coatings from the ELOVATION system Our technology allows smooth layers to be deposited with very short process times. Convince yourself of the ELTROPULS quality! Use smooth coatings to your advantage. Re-polishing is no longer necessary - this saves time and money! It combines all the advantages of the previous technologies - as simple as arc coating, as high quality as HiPims coating and as economically ingenious as all Eltropuls systems. Individual plasma nitriding systems for your requirements Every customer has different wishes and requirements. We fulfill them. Our quality promise is always the same: Every plant we make works reliably and precisely to deliver consistent, reproducible finishing results. Items we supply include: Individual plants as bell-type or pit-type furnaces: Bell-type plants are very operator-friendly; pit-type furnaces are exceptionally well suited to nitriding long, slim components that easily warp, such as spindles, extruder screws and shafts, or for automatic loading. Double-base systems as bell-type furnaces: Double-base systems enable you to use one base for nitriding while preparing the next batch on the other base. The changeover occurs automatically when the process has finished. Unorthodox solutions such as rotary furnace vacuum systems As standard, our systems are available in various sizes and can be integrated easily into your manufacturing. We have implemented everything – heights from 0.5 to 6 m, diameters from 0.45 to 6 m and component weights from 2 g to 40 t. All systems are offered as standard systems at 20 cm diameter 25 cm height.
