With 25 years of market knowledge in the field of high-quality plastics, DK also stands for the formulation and production of customer-specific compounds. The product range also includes thermoplastic elastomers and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) as well as additives.

RadiciGroup - Technical polyamide compounds
RadiciGroup is one of the most internationally active Italian manufacturers of high-quality plastics. It has made a name for itself worldwide with products such as Radilon® and Radiflam® in the High Performance Polymers business area. RadiciGroup materials are used in clothing, sporting goods, furniture, automotive, electrical/electronics and household appliances.

Cossa Polimeri is a specialist in application-oriented, innovative polymer compounds. renewi - Regranulates from recycled refrigerators
renewi specializes in the recycling of disused electrical appliances. The resulting PP/PE, PS and ABS plastics are separated and processed into regrind. The end result is high-quality recycled pellets that even meet the toy standard (Coolstar Plus) and compounds according to the OEM's customer specifications. renewi is WEEELABEX-certified - for high-quality solutions with recycled plastics.

The aromatic polyetheretherketone (PEEK) materials are suitable for the production of components that are intended for continuous use under the toughest conditions. These components are used in the medical sector, in semiconductor production, in the offshore sector, in vehicles and in aviation.

WELA - Plastics recycling with the highest quality standards
WELA-Plast stands for high-quality pelletizing of standard polymers such as polyethylene (LDPE, HDPE) and polypropylene (PP) in consistent quality. The regranulates, regrinds and compounds are always individually tailored to the respective requirements with special additives, further developed with the customer and optimized for blow moulding, extrusion or injection moulding applications.

What if plastic conducted heat like metal?
New challenges require better materials. This applies to many components in all sectors, in the electrical industry, in mechanical engineering and medical technology, in heat sinks for batteries and fuel cells or in e-mobility in general. One solution to these challenges is high-performance plastic compounds that conduct heat like metal and insulate electrically like ceramics. Thanks to PlastFormance technology, it is possible to incorporate pure tungsten as a filler in the compound and produce materials with a higher density than lead. In principle, the use of electrically conductive fillers in engineering plastics enables electromagnetic shielding and electrostatic discharge. The conductive compounds have decisive advantages over metals or coatings: they offer great design freedom, the finished parts are lighter, easier and cheaper to produce and more robust. Complex component geometries in particular can be realized without time-consuming reworking. In addition, the costs of injection molding are often much lower.
