Mould Monitoring is the answer to the challenges of plastics production. It allows active and comprehensive documentation of the mould in the injection moulding process. AI-supported data analysis requires a comprehensive historical database for methods (precise and accurate), and Mould Lifecycle Management offers exactly that.
If you would like a digital twin (the virtual representation of your injection moulding machine or tool), we offer you AAS, an uniform database in the form of a standardized data sheet for moulds (whiche we, as the inventor, have significantly influenced and) for which Digital Moulds is a leading partner in the creation of the standard.

Digital Moulds offers a smart solution for tool monitoring. The production data can be easily documentated, visualized and managed, from the tool management software to mould maintenance management. The tool management software is installed by using the plug and play principle. At this point, Mould Monitoring ensures targeted inventory planning, better planning accuracy and adherence to delivery times throughout the entire supply chain.
Mould Lifecycle Management
Mould Lifecycle Management helps to document and visualize the data. With Mould Lifecycle Management, all project participants have the same level of knowledge, from the initial product idea to the end of the tool's life cycle. The tool management software helps to identify critical changes in the production process and reduce downtimes.
