DECKERFORM – We bring ideas to life. The Catwalk cat ladder exemplifies what modern product development can achieve: Together with the initiator, a handcrafted, one-off solution was transformed into an industrially scalable system. DECKERFORM handled the complete technical implementation and process flow – from the structural redesign and prototyping to toolmaking and injection molding. The focus was on converting the design into a modular construction suitable for plastics: lightweight, stable, easy to assemble, and ready for mass production. Through targeted material selection, intelligent joining techniques, and a consistent production concept, a flexible modular system was created that is easy to manufacture, transport, and assemble. In this way, an idea becomes a product that works in everyday life – and is ready for the market.

Foam Injection Moulding – Lightweight, Sustainable Plastics Production
With various foam injection moulding techniques, DECKERFORM demonstrates how to produce lightweight parts while saving material and maintaining excellent mechanical, tactile, and visual properties. Especially when using recyclates, this method proves that high-end surfaces and sustainability can go hand in hand.

DECKERFORM PolyFoamFIBRE
DECKERFORM introduces PolyFoamFIBRE, an innovative technology that combines organosheets with foam-injected filler material to create rigid, lightweight, and sustainable composite components. The mechanical properties can be precisely tailored, making this process ideal for advanced applications like novel chair substructures.

DECKERFORM PolyFoamX – Efficient Production for Small Series
With PolyFoamX, DECKERFORM presents a process designed for low-volume production of thin-walled, flat plastic parts. This method combines traditional injection moulding with foam injection, enabling efficient, lightweight, and strong components—especially suited for custom or limited production runs.

Beyond luxury. Beyond expectations.
This plastic label combines technology and aesthetics with a wall thickness of only 0.5 mm. For the first time, injection molding is combined with the in-mould decoration (IMD) process. The delicate laser structure provides visual depth and a unique tactile feel. Typical applications include spirits and cosmetic bottles.
