Welcome to DCA Deckert Anlagenbau GmbH – your partner for innovative machinery and systems located just outside Hamburg.
With more than two decades of experience and a clear focus on innovation, we develop high-quality machinery and systems tailored to the specific needs of our customers.
With around 30 permanent employees, we cover the areas of engineering, design and production, and use state-of-the-art manufacturing methods to implement both one-off and series production. Our portfolio includes dry ice blasting equipment, drum melting systems, cutting systems, welding assemblies and special systems.

Dry ice blasting machines

Drum melters

Welding construction at DCA Deckert Anlagenbau GmbH
Our welding department offers the highest quality and precision in the manufacture of welded assemblies. With five modern welding workstations, we carry out welding work using MIG/MAG welding processes. Thanks to our certification according to DIN EN ISO 3834-2 and DIN EN ISO 1090-1, we guarantee the highest standards in welding technology. We manufacture welded assemblies exactly to our customers' specifications – from single pieces to series production. In addition, we can take on the design and development of individual welded assemblies on request. Our experienced team ensures durable, resilient and precisely manufactured components that meet the highest standards. To guarantee a perfect finish and optimum corrosion protection, we also offer powder coating of welded assemblies.
