At CK Produktion, we believe that the best plastic solutions are created through close collaboration, technical expertise and a genuine understanding of our customers' needs.
Based in Billund, Denmark, we provide a broad range of plastic manufacturing technologies – including 1K, 2K and 3K injection moulding, FIPFG (Formed-In-Place Foam Gasket), thermoforming, CNC machining and assembly.
With injection moulding machines ranging from 35 to 650 tonnes, experience with more than 250 different polymer materials, and the ability to manufacture components from less than 1 gram up to approximately 5.5 kg, we are equipped to handle everything from technically demanding components to complete production solutions.

Many of our customers involve us early in their projects. This allows us to contribute with material selection, design-for-manufacturing, tooling concepts, process optimisation and the combination of different manufacturing technologies.
Our FIPFG technology adds another dimension to our capabilities.
By applying a liquid foam gasket directly onto the component, we can integrate sealing into the manufacturing process and potentially eliminate separate gaskets, manual assembly and additional supply-chain steps.
