Ultrasonic polishing system piggySonic® Mark 3
3 possibilities with only 1 control unit 1. ultrasonic polishing system piggySonic® Mark 3 works with the latest ultrasonic technology. You will notice this when you pick up the handpiece. It is extremely handy, the cable is thin and flexible, the holders are neatly finished. Switch on. The device searches for the optimum frequency. Adjust the power and off you go. In practice, the combination of ceramic fibre file and ultrasonic system is unbeatable. This allows you to remove the hard erosion skin quickly and cleanly, giving you an optimum starting surface for the subsequent processing steps. 2. brushless micromotors with up to 300 watts piggySonic® Mark 3 works with a brushless micromotor up to 300 watts. This means you can now sand and polish powerfully. But that's not all: Depending on the tool size and task, you select the appropriate speed range and always work under optimum conditions. Select the "without brush" output. The system automatically sets the starting speed to zero for your own safety. This ensures that you do not accidentally start at too high a speed and endanger yourself and others as a result. select the desired speed range. now regulate the desired speed. It is shown on the display at the same time. The display always shows you the current speed. The speed remains constant thanks to the built-in control electronics. You can attach different heads to the micromotor. 3. powerHand motors with brush The PowerHand series provides you with a complete micromotor system: Angle heads, swingHandy with interesting cross stroke, 2 powerful filing machines and a belt sander. Everything you need with just one control unit. You save space, improve your organisation and also save a lot of money.

Precision welding system piggyWelder® 4
Welding is carried out in a single-pulse process with minimal heat input into the base material, enabling the smallest repair areas on surfaces, edges and corners without edge burns. Preheating the workpiece is no longer necessary with this "cold welding process". By means of "creative pulse modulation", the weld pool can be influenced depending on the task for an optimum welding result and inclusions or blowholes can be avoided. You weld with a very handy handpiece with a tungsten electrode Ø 0.6, 0.8 or 1.0 mm. You determine the welding spot with this extremely thin electrode. Now comes the special part: You touch the electrode tip very precisely to the spot for the welding point. After 2 1/2 seconds, the control unit triggers the weld. The contact pressure is controlled. This effectively prevents the electrode from sticking. At the same time, an electromagnet retracts the electrode. You position the electrode precisely for the next spot. After 1 second, all subsequent points are triggered precisely. If speed is of the essence, the number of cycles can now be adjusted. Parallel to welding, the shutter is closed in the microscope. This can make precision welding really fun. The 10x microscope is quickly set up. The built-in LED light illuminates the entire welding area evenly. The field of view is sufficiently large with a diameter of 20 mm. If you now come with a handpiece and filler metal, you can use the thin, pointed electrode to determine exactly where you want to weld. The built-in LCD visual protection filter closes the light path during the welding time. The whole thing happens in milliseconds. You and your eyes are effectively protected. The hydraulic swivelling arm allows you to position the microscope quickly and easily exactly where you need it.

Lasermarkingsystems piggy®LaserMarker
Tattoo your molds, inserts . . . . quickly, easily, always legible and durable. This looks professional and underlines the quality of your moulds or tools. If you also mark all the components of your mould with a barcode or QR code, you can easily identify your parts at any time with a handy scanner - or with your smartphone. This opens up all kinds of interesting possibilities for optimising your workflow. The entire system is controlled by a PC. The software is easy to learn, intuitive to use and quick to master thanks to its simple structure.

Laserpoint ECO and HTS Mobile laser welding machines
Laser welding enables a level of precision that other welding techniques cannot offer. Machining a workpiece after laser welding is much cheaper and time-saving. One of the most important advantages of the series welding process is the negligible thermal influence on the tool surface, the seam is free of defects and the material structure outside its area remains practically intact. structure outside its area remains practically intact. This is particularly useful when applying smaller elements, which are very sensitive to deformation caused by overheating. The laser-welded material creates a coherent and durable weld that usually leaves no visible marks after post-processing and gives the welded tool a brand new appearance. This technology enables the welding of virtually all materials used in mould and tool making (tool steel, bronze, aluminium, titanium and even copper). Are you interested? Please contact us. We will be happy to organise a demo for you to show you how easy laser welding is with our equipment. You save a lot of time and money with your own laser! Every mould is different and has its own level of difficulty.

Book Modern Methods for Mirror Polishing
The polishing book for practical use. Who is this book for? First and foremost for practitioners who want to check their knowledge and are curious to see if there are any good ideas that can be used to optimise their daily work. But we are also thinking of foremen, plant managers and entrepreneurs who would like to shed some light on the dark secrets of polishing. We have received a lot of positive feedback from students and lecturers in recent years, as there has been virtually no detailed literature on the subject of polishing up to now. What topics are covered? We worked on it for a whole year and put over 40 years of experience into it. The result is a very informative, clear and easy-to-understand workbook. Over 460 photos and illustrations show you in clear steps how to achieve the required polish quickly and easily. These are the topics: 1. basics: types of polish, surface values, measuring methods. 2. workplace: the right equipment. 3. tools: from fibre files to diamond paste. 4 The practice: Presentation of generally applicable processing steps. 5. the mould: Step by step, you will see and learn how the surfaces (e.g. slots, webs, radii) of a mould are machined of a mould are processed. 6 Alternative methods: The right tools for success. 7. maintenance: A few steps to a repaired mould. 8 Aluminium: This material can also be machined to a brilliant finish.
