PRISMA Nozzle

The hot runner specialist's newly developed PRISMA nozzle offers particular advantages for rotationally symmetrical articles with high demands on concentricity that have to be moulded several times. The new nozzle that Günther Heißkanaltechnik, Frankenberg, will be presenting at KUTENO 2025 is designed for precision production. Thanks to the special melt guidance, it is designed to enable precise injection moulding processes, even with narrow stitch dimensions and small pitch circle diameters. The nozzle is particularly suitable for demanding, technical plastic parts with high requirements for shape and position tolerances as well as confined spaces.
