MOVAC Hopper Loaders - Reliable performance

Our hopper loaders for plastic granulate are designed with durability and efficiency in mind. We deliberately chose a design with as few rubbers as possible to minimize wear and tear. Where rubbers are required, we have made modifications to prevent wear.

Modular hopper loaders without fuss
What's not on, can't be broken. That's why we try to keep the use of rubbers and seals to a minimum. If rubbers are used at all, they are not glued so any replacement can be done quickly and easily. The hopper loaders are also modularly designed, so later expansion is no problem at all.

- Environmental filter: all our hopper loaders are equipped with an environmental filter so that all dust is captured during unloading.
- Excellent aeration: our hopper loaders can quickly lose their vacuum again thanks to excellent aeration so that the hopper loader can unload faster. This increases the capacity of the system.
- Control: the hopper loaders are controlled via our microprocessor or a customized PLC.
