Gas-Injection Process

The gas injection process is particularly suitable for long and thick-walled components. After partial filling of the mold with plastic, nitrogen can be injected into the mold. The resulting cavity results in material savings of up to 50%. The reduced wall thickness results in significantly shorter cycle and cooling times.
