New locating rings for precise mould attachment

With the new variants Z7517/…, Z7526/… and Z7527/…, HASCO is extending its proven locating ring range and offering mouldmakers even more possibilities for precise centring and reliable guiding of moulds when clamping on the injection moulding machine.

The new locating ring ensures, thanks to its 8 mm guide length, precise positioning on the machine side. The extended guide length reliably prevents any tipping of the mould, thereby increasing process reliability. Fixing holes enable reliable flush tightening, while flexible adjustment possibilities guarantee optimum integration in different mould constructions.

Perfectly coordinated with HASCO thermal insulating sheets

The new variants, with thicknesses of 6 and 8 mm, are coordinated with HASCO thermal insulating sheets. This ensures an accurate connection and high stability, even in demanding applications.

Alongside the new variants, the HASCO locating ring range also includes a large number of diameters, installation depths and technical versions, as well as a variety of other designs for many different mould sizes and machine types.
