Highlights of KUTENO 2026
At the KUTENO plastics trade fair from June 9-11, 2026, in Bad Salzuflen, the MTF Technik team presents a wide range of proven and innovative solutions for conveying, separating, and buffering plastic parts. This year, the focus is particularly on automation applications. A highlight is an efficient and space-saving carousel depot station for buffering parts in containers. This two-story system, with a diameter of 1,200 mm, buffers eight containers, each with a footprint of 400 x 300 mm.
Another space-saving solution for buffering material, even directly at the production machine, is a floor-level sliding buffer. Furthermore, a patented, compact 3-way diverter will be presented, which can be mounted below the machine shaft of an injection molding machine to selectively route good, reject, and quality control parts.
Of course, the production conveyor belt program is showcased, as well. A demonstration belt shows our wide selection of belts for every application. In addition, a belt conveyor with a metal detector is in operation. This can be used, for example, during mill feeding to protect the granulator and prevent contamination of the recycled material. The device is also equipped with a magnetic drive roller. In the parts separation area, the variable and space-saving MSL 600 stationary screw separator is on display and can be tested on-site.
