Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Customer Service
Your Responsibilities:
-Independent order processing, including deadline tracking and status monitoring
-Planning, coordinating, monitoring, and managing customer orders and supplier purchase orders while adhering to budget and delivery deadline requirements
-Sample procurement, management, forwarding, and tracking
-Correspondence with customers and suppliers in German and English
-Acting as an interface between customers, suppliers (domestic and international), the sales team, and logistics
-Monitoring credit limits and, if necessary, reporting to the sales team
-Invoice creation and invoice verification
-Maintaining master data in the relevant systems
-Optimizing purchasing and sales processes
-Supporting financial accounting with monthly and annual closings
Your Profile:
-Completed commercial training (e.g., wholesale and foreign trade management, industrial clerk, or comparable)
-Experience in import/export is desirable
-Very good German and good to very good English skills; French is a plus
-Proficient computer skills, ideally in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office
-Structured, results-oriented approach to work, strong sense of responsibility, and a strong service orientation
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
