MONOLITH® hot runner nozzle
The MONOLITH® nozzle adapts perfectly to your specifications and processes. Using 3D printing in the SLM process, it is created into your one-piece hot runner nozzle. Thanks to the design possibilities of 3D printing, geometries and insulation spaces can be realized that create a temperature balance that is clearly superior to conventional multi-part nozzles. MONOLITH® PLUS MULTI WELL
Modular structure composed of additive 16-drop elements Each additively manufactured element consists of up to 16 injection points. Furthermore, each element has a cooling inlet and a cooling outlet for mold insert cooling. The cooling capacity can be transferred passively via 7 contact pins, or the cooling water is actively transfered into the mold insert between the nozzle tips. Secure sealing and support The sealing of the injection points is done in height and not in diameter. This allows for compensation of thermal expansion, and the mold insert can securely support itself on the hot runner without bending under injection pressure. Minimal tear heights. Due to the ideal thermal design of the system, the smallest tear heights can be realized, surpassing classic cold runner solutions.

MONOLITH® Hot Runner System
Through the consistent use of additive manufacturing, we create hot runner systems that are disruptive and set new standards in terms of temperature control, performance, energy efficiency and technical possibilities. We supply our MONOLITH® hot runner systems either unwired, wired, or wired and piped, depending on your requirements.

MONOLITH® Hot halves
Hot halves combine precise temperature control with maximum user-friendliness. Thanks to their convenient adaptation to a wide variety of tool shapes, Witosa hot runner systems can be quickly and safely integrated as a hot side. Through thoughtful design, high-quality materials, and tested components, hot sides offer the highest level of process and operational safety – for reliable results in daily use.

MONOLITH® FLAT
MONOLITH® FLAT: The smallest but most powerful flat nozzle The MONOLITH® FLAT is the world's first additively manufactured flat nozzle and represents a revolution in the field of hot runner technology. With a melt channel of 3.5 mm, which is 95 % larger than the melt cross-section of conventional flat nozzles, the MONOLITH® FLAT offers unparalleled performance. This remarkable nozzle also integrates the already well-known innovative insulation and heat conduction system, which ensures an exceptionally homogeneous temperature balance and is therefore far superior to conventional multi-piece nozzles. A key advantage of the MONOLITH® FLAT is the significantly reduced pressure loss, which enables greater efficiency during processing. The nozzle also impresses with its extremely narrow cavity spacing: with an open MONOLITH® FLAT, the spacing is just 7 mm, while the valve gate version has a cavity spacing of just 8 mm - a value that is 36 % below the market standard of 11 mm. This compact design, combined with an optimized temperature profile, high leakage resistance and ease of maintenance, makes the MONOLITH® FLAT the ideal solution for demanding applications where minimum installation space, precision and energy efficiency are paramount.

Drive Unit NTA
The new NTA drive unit sets standards with its innovative design and functionality. The integrated, printed element for air flow to maximize thermal insulation from the tool can only be produced using the advantages of additive manufacturing. The NTA drive unit impresses with its compact design and pneumatic operation. With a diameter of 32 mm (35 mm) and a stroke of 8 mm, it offers optimum performance at an operating pressure of 6 bar. This drive unit is suitable for use up to nozzle size 22 and, thanks to its structure in the clamping plate, enables very small nest spacings. This makes it particularly suitable for high-cavity systems in the packaging, medical and pharmaceutical industries.
