ROWA Masterbatch has been a specialist in the development and production of polymer-specific color, additive and multifunctional masterbatches as well as special compounds for thermoplastics since 1978. With competence and creativity, we create individual solutions for new, customer-specific requirements and ensure compliance with exact standards of products that have already been developed.
We optimize customer benefits: The aim of our developments is to reliably serve existing markets and develop new potential for our customers' products. From development to series production, we work closely with our customers, solve tasks on site and achieve the shortest delivery times through efficient operational processes.

ROWALID-CC Color Masterbatches
With ROWALID®-CC , ROWA Masterbatch brings color into play and always hits the right tone. There are various options available for the color settings: » Pantone » HKS » RAL » NCS » CIELAB » according to a design template/customer requirements The portfolio includes opaque, translucent, and transparent colorants, and particularly special eff ects such as metallic, pearlescent or glitter.
ROWALID®-AD ADDITIVE MASTERBATCHES
ROWALID®-AD imparts properties to plastics. The additive concentrates from ROWA Masterbatch offer the possibility to transform plastics into functional materials. The extensive range of solutions include: - Antistatic agents - Lubricants - IR detectability - Laser marking - Light scattering - Plagiarism protection - X-ray detection - UV-absorbers There is nothing off-the-shelf at ROWA Masterbatch. It is possible to find solutions for almost every thermoplastic resin.
ROWALID LS-Masterbatches
The majority of thermoplastics cannot be marked economically sufficient without the addition of special laser additives. ROWALID®-LS masterbatches enable laser marking of thermoplastics. The special additives increase the absorption ability of the polymer matrix or change color themselves (intrinsic effect) and thus create a permanent change in color. A whitish/light grey marking is achieved by foaming, whereas carbonization or coloring of the additive results in a dark/dark grey marking. By combining special additives and colorants even colored markings can be achieved.
ROWALID-MF Mulifunctional Masterbatches
With ROWALID®-MF, ROWA Masterbatch combines color and function in combination masterbatches. The products are multifunctional. There are no limits to the diversity and meeting nearly all customer requirements is possible. For example, RAL colorants can be combined with additives for laser marking, fluorescent colorants with antistatic agents, metal effect colorants with plagiarism protection, and infrared-reflecting colorants with lubricants. This modular system of color and function can be used to achieve your individual specification profile.
ROWACOM Special Compounds
Would you like something extra? The product group ROWACOM containing compounds with high content of additives and colorants, which can not be achieved with a masterbatch.
