Sprues

Ejectors
Our comprehensive range of ejector and core pins includes numerous types in various designs and materials. We deliver these directly from stock. With the configurator, the pins can be cut to length according to customer requirements.
FB-Sliding core moulds
Sliding core moulds are usually the best and often the only option for making complex parts. The ready-to-use sliding core moulds from Meusburger are made from precise standard parts which are 100% compatible with our F plates. In addition, they are immediately available from stock.

F/P – Mould plates for lengthwise mould types
Lengthwise moulds with pre-drilled guide holes are the reliable basis for precise and high-quality standard mould bases. All sizes, from 96 x 96 up to 996 x 1196 mm, are available at Meusburger.
F/P – Mould plates for crosswise mould types
High-precision mould bases from high-grade steel that has been heat-treated for stress relief. Lever slots on cavity plates without extra charge. The consistent Meusburger hole patterns offer space for cooling holes, guiding and screw holes. In many cases, the use of the next larger mould is prevented by side-drilled mould bases with almost quadratic space utilisation.

FM-Micro moulds
The ready-to-use micro moulds have been especially designed for use on micro moulding machines. Configuration, customisation and ordering of these mould bases is flexible and simple.
Assembly table
The innovative Meusburger H 4062 assembly table facilitates mould repair and assembly work. By way of multiple air nozzles, an air cushion is created on the underside of the moveable plates. This enables light and easy movement of the mould halves. Both split line faces are thus freely accessible without having to reposition or turn them around, enabling efficient operating. As a result, you can save time and money throughout the whole production process.

Meusburger also provides locating rings with pre-drilled screw holes. By using these, you can save the time and effort needed for incorporating screw heads.
