About us
Plastics technology, toolmaking, component assembly, independent toolmaking and our own component assembly have characterized the now more than 50-year history of our company.
In the field of plastics technology, we are a comprehensive system supplier using all common processes and materials for the manufacture of high-quality plastic products. Mayweg was already producing high-quality injection molds in the 1960s. Our own toolmaking department, which is integrated into the entire plastics production process, guarantees the close interaction between design and production, the early consideration of all customer requirements and the systematic quality control required for the manufacture of high-quality end products.
In the area of component assembly, we offer a complete all-round service that includes service modules such as purchasing, assembly, packaging and shipping of components. Intensive customer consulting and high-performance service are the other cornerstones of our philosophy, in addition to excellent technical equipment in the field of plastics technology.

Driving pulley
Hybrid technology Hybrid technology is characterized by the fact that plastic elements are molded onto a metal substrate. In this case, the insert usually has a larger volume or surface area than the plastic component. Undercuts or cutouts are used to create a stable connection between the different materials.

Handle
Gas-Injection Process The gas injection process is particularly suitable for long and thick-walled components. After partial filling of the mold with plastic, nitrogen can be injected into the mold. The resulting cavity results in material savings of up to 50%. The reduced wall thickness results in significantly shorter cycle and cooling times.

Remote control
Induction Manufacturing Induction mold temperature control can be used to produce plastic parts with flawless surfaces. Due to the variothermal temperature control of the mold, the visible weld lines can be hidden on optically high-quality components. Your advantage: You get an optically perfect component with the best surface quality.

Compensation Coupler
Hybrid technology is divided into two processes. In insert molding, plastic parts are combined with components made of different materials. In this process, metal inserts are predominantly used and usually completely overmolded with plastic. This results in a stable connection between metal and plastic. A subsequent assembly step can thus be eliminated.

2-Components Technology
Multi-component injection molding Multi-component injection molding is used to produce plastic parts consisting of more than one plastic. Here, both different colors and materials can be combined in a targeted process. Your advantage: the constant work cycle saves you time and costs.
Golf Tee - Fire Spire & Fire Spoke
