Ferlin was founded in 1982 as a trading company specializing in the plastics industry. Over the years, we have grown into a manufacturer of solutions for material handling, batch blending, dosing and drying. Today, we support over 6,000 customers worldwide with more than 25,000 GRAVIMIX batch blending systems in operation, delivering maximum efficiency, precise control and fast returns.

GRAVIMIX - Don't use more Masterbatch than necessary!
With its low purchase price and substantial savings on additives, the GRAVIMIX often pays for itself in as little as three months. This enables a high return on investment (ROI). FERLIN ONE - The revolutionary belt driven design
The revolutionary design, where a belt doses the material, eliminates any pulsing effect. The patented metering section provides a range of 0.1 kg per hour to 25 kg per hour without changing anything. The Easy Clean System allows for quick material changes. The Ferlin ONE is a real gamechanger. Lightweight design Thanks to the lightweight design and the use of a special type of plastic, we can keep the weight of the dosing unit low. This allows us to use an unprecedentedly small loadcell of only 3 kg! No screw but a belt The ONE uses a band instead of a screw, tube or pocket. As a result, we do not suffer from a pulsating effect like other feeders. The more constant the flow of material, the more accurately we can dose and thus save costs for our customer. An inclusive operation The operation of the ONE is super user-friendly, enabling as many people as possible to work with our machine. The convenient start-up wizard explains step-by-step commissioning, and the built-in manual provides guidance during use. Moreover, the interface is totally contemporary and intuitive.
SONICDRY- The Worlds 1st ultrasonic dryer for plastics processing
Developed in close collaboration with the University of Twente, SonicDry integrates cutting-edge ultrasonic technology as well as AI and photonics to deliver future-ready performance. Moisture is loosened directly from the polymer structure and immediately removed by dry air, eliminating the need for a regeneration cycle and minimizing energy waste. SonicDry is designed for performance and ease of use. The intuitive interface is inspired by Ferlin One, and the dryer includes Predictive Maintenance System (PMS) and Statistical Production Control (SPC) for maximum uptime and transparency. The entire development and production process took place in the Netherlands, with local suppliers playing a key role in the manufacturing of critical components—delivering affordable high-tech innovation made in Holland. MOVAC EASYDRY - The advanced solution for drying hygroscopic plastic granulates
Ferlin's EasyDry is the advanced solution for drying hygroscopic plastic granulates, such as PA, PET and PC. These materials absorb moisture from the environment, which can lead to quality problems during the production process. The EasyDry uses an innovative honeycomb principle, making the drying of granules more efficient and reliable. The uniqueness of the EasyDry is that regeneration, cooling and moisture absorption occur simultaneously thanks to the honeycomb design. This ensures a constant dew point, which is essential for a stable drying process. Because the system operates continuously, the dew point remains at a constant low level, which directly contributes to the quality of the final product. Advantages of the EasyDry: - Energy savings: Simultaneous execution of different drying processes results in more efficient energy consumption, lowering operating costs. - Constant performance: Thanks to the constant dew point, the moisture content in the granules remains stable, leading to consistent product quality. - Independent drying units: Each drying hopper has its own drying unit. This means that if one unit fails, the rest of production is not affected. This increases the reliability of the entire system and prevents production downtime. MOVAC CF500 - The innovative Central Filter
At Ferlin, we understand how important a reliable and efficient conveying system is to your production process. That's why we've developed an advanced system that optimizes your workflow and minimizes downtime. Here are some of the groundbreaking features of our system: Innovative Central Filter with Reverse-Jet Cleaning. Our central filter is unique thanks to its revolutionary “reverse-jet” filter cleaning technology. Instead of traditional pleated filters, we use filter bags with a spiral. These filter bags were specially developed in collaboration with our supplier and are our own intellectual property. They offer unparalleled performance. Thanks to this advanced filtration system, you have less downtime, you no longer have to clean filters by hand, and you can handle the same capacity with a smaller pump. How it works: - After several suction cycles, the filter goes into self-cleaning mode and shuts itself off. - The pump creates a negative pressure of 500 mbar inside the filter. - The 12 bags inside the filter are sucked around the spiral. - Within a very short time, the filter returns to atmospheric pressure. - The bags return to their original position, shaking off all the dust. - This process repeats itself until the system has completed the set number of pulses. - The filter is now ready to function carefree again.
MOVAC Hopper Loaders - Reliable performance
Our hopper loaders for plastic granulate are designed with durability and efficiency in mind. We deliberately chose a design with as few rubbers as possible to minimize wear and tear. Where rubbers are required, we have made modifications to prevent wear. Modular hopper loaders without fuss What's not on, can't be broken. That's why we try to keep the use of rubbers and seals to a minimum. If rubbers are used at all, they are not glued so any replacement can be done quickly and easily. The hopper loaders are also modularly designed, so later expansion is no problem at all. Features of our hopper loaders: - Minimal wear: fewer rubbers and a wear-resistant design. - High-quality materials: made of stainless steel (SS) for longer life and better performance. - Reliable performance: designed to deliver consistent performance even in the most demanding environments. - Environmental filter: all our hopper loaders are equipped with an environmental filter so that all dust is captured during unloading. - Excellent aeration: our hopper loaders can quickly lose their vacuum again thanks to excellent aeration so that the hopper loader can unload faster. This increases the capacity of the system. - Control: the hopper loaders are controlled via our microprocessor or a customized PLC.

Aftersales: At Ferlin, our aftersales department is about more than just maintenance; we make sure your machines keep running indefinitely. Our service includes regular inspections, expert repairs - both on-site at the customer's premises and in our own workshop - and the professional installation of new machines. In this way, we guarantee that your production process continues to run smoothly. FIP: The Ferlin Inspection Program is an annual inspection for all GRAVIMIX machines purchased from Ferlin. Our experienced technicians will inspect your GRAVIMIX at over 100 points, including safety checks and calibration. All these results will be accurately documented in a management report. FCP: At Ferlin, we are committed to sustainability and the circular economy. That's why we are introducing the Ferlin Circular Program (FCP), a unique program in which we offer our customers a guaranteed buyback of Ferlin machines.
