For over 70 years, the family-owned company from Glandorf in Lower Saxony has been specializing in single- and multi-component injection molding, offering high-quality solutions for technical components and high-tech plastic parts of all kinds. With a spacious production area of 8,500 m², the company employs state-of-the-art technology to ensure the highest precision and flexibility in manufacturing. With approximately 80 injection molding machines and an in-house toolmaking department, the company is able to respond to diverse requirements and develop tailored solutions.

Products & services
Single and multi-component injection molding
We have more than 70 years of experience in single and multi-component injection molding of plastic components and assemblies. We use this experience to develop innovative and customized solutions for our customers. Our production area covers 8,500 m2. We have around 80 injection moulding machines with a clamping force of up to 700 tons, which are used in 3-shift operation. The maximum article weight is 2,200 grams; the minimum article weight is less than 1.00 gram. The high degree of automation ensures efficient production and high quality. Every year, we process over 1,000 tons of plastic and over 350 different types of material.

Moldmaking
In our own moldmaking department with CNC-controlled milling and EDM centers, we produce high-quality, precise molds. Here, we have around 1,600 molds in stock, 1,000 of which are in regular use. Professional in-house maintenance ensures that the molds have a service life of over 30 years.
Quality Assurance
Quality management is of central importance to us at Faust because we want to ensure that our products and services fully meet our customers' expectations. For this reason, we offer a wide range of services in this area. These include advance quality planning according to standards such as APQP, QVP, or customer specifications. In addition, production process and product releases are carried out according to procedures such as PPF, PPAP, or customer specifications. Another important aspect is controlled production monitoring, which is ensured from goods receipt to goods dispatch using a CAQ system. By carefully planning, monitoring, and controlling our processes, we avoid errors in advance instead of having to correct them afterwards. We also attach great importance to transparent documentation of our quality management processes in order to ensure traceability. Our state-of-the-art facilities include: - Two CNC-controlled coordinate measuring machines: Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex S 776 including scanning module for contour and free-form surface detection and Mitutoyo Euro C A544 - CNC contour and roughness measuring device: Mitutoyo Formtracer SV-C 4500, consisting of Contracer C-4500 and Surftest S-3000 - Digital screen projector (Keyence IM 6020) - CAQ system (Quipsy) with interface to ERP and BDE system - Optical 3D coordinate measuring machine (Keyence VL 500) - 4K digital microscope (Keyence VHX-7000) - Colorimeter (Minolta CM-2600d) - Residual moisture meter (Aquatrac) - Various hand measuring and testing aids

PSL 3065
Performance Self Lube (PSL) 3065 is an innovative lubrication solution for rolling bearings, in which a polymer-oil compound completely fills the bearing interior. The bound lubricating oil is released selectively to the friction points during movement, load, or temperature increases – ensuring permanently reliable lubrication without the need for regreasing. PSL 3065 is suitable for ball bearings, needle roller bearings, spherical roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, and other bearing types. Compared to grease-lubricated bearings, this technology enables significantly longer service life and a stable temperature range. The result: reduced maintenance, increased process reliability, and extended service life.

We are looking for a reliable production team member to support packaging and basic inspection tasks in our injection molding operations.

Apprenticeship as a Tool Mechanic
As a Tool Mechanic, you produce injection molds from metal with the highest precision. These are then used directly in the production of plastic parts. To manufacture the injection molds, you carefully study the corresponding technical drawings for the future product and plan your individual work steps. Your responsibilities also include repairing existing injection molds.

Apprenticeship as a Process Technician – Plastics and Rubber Technology
As a Process Mechanic, you are responsible for the precise production of plastic components and assemblies. With a focus on molded parts, you specialize in particular manufacturing processes such as injection molding. To produce injection-molded parts, you must set up the existing injection molds on the injection molding machines and correctly adjust the production parameters.

Master Electrician
As a Master Electrician, you will assume technical responsibility for our entire electrical engineering department. You will ensure the availability of machines and systems, manage maintenance measures, and develop sustainable strategies for process optimization in a modern production environment.
