About us
Delta Kunststoffe AG, established in 1994, has been an integral part of the global Kafrit Group since October 2022. Our dedicated team, comprising nearly 80 professionals, is committed to the production and distribution of color and additive Masterbatches, technical compounds, and a diverse range of specialty products tailored for the plastics processing industry. A key focus lies in our expertise in developing and manufacturing conductive compounds.
Functioning as a seasoned contract compounder, we pride ourselves on delivering sophisticated products with reliability and confidentiality in line with your specifications. Our capabilities extend to conducting thorough material tests and analyses within our in-house laboratory, allowing us to develop bespoke solutions for a multitude of applications.
Environmental consciousness is a cornerstone of our operations, with an emphasis on incorporating recycled raw materials and judicious resource utilization. We recognize the paramount importance of sustainable practices and strive to integrate them seamlessly into our manufacturing processes.
Products & services
Conductive Compounds
By specifically modifying plastics, we ensure reliable protection of electronic components against discharge processes and prevent static charges that could potentially damage electrical components. Our range now includes more than 50 standard products in a variety of polymers.
Compounds
The customized compounds from Delta Kunststoffe are specially tailored to the various processing methods and requirements. We take into account both the properties of the base plastics and the influence of our modifications in order to adapt all formulations individually to the respective requirement profile. This applies, for example, to color compounds, compounds for special applications, construction materials and all materials that meet the latest regulatory requirements.
Color Masterbatches
The carrier systems for the Deltacolor MB color masterbatches include PP, PE, PA, PS, ABs, POM, TPE and EVA and a-Olefin. By combining pigments, UV stabilization and process optimization additives, it offers multifunctional and economical solutions for colouring plastics.
Additive Masterbatches
The Deltaplus Masterbatches product range offers new property profiles. As concentrates, they contribute sliding properties, make materials permanently antistatic, improve impact strength or modify weight and density, among other things. We can also offer products with flame-retardant properties
Wage production
Thanks to our extrusion and kneading technology, we are able to offer high-quality contract compounding and compound the entire range of (specialty) plastics for you. Our services are available to external companies and groups, including blue chip companies. We are happy to develop new products in close cooperation with our customers
