About us
The internationally active DECKERFORM group of companies in Aichach, with around 70 employees, stands on three pillars: classic tool making, the think tank in which creative minds work on the products and visions of tomorrow, and DECKERFORM Injection, which is responsible for sales exclusively for German-speaking countries of the fully electric injection molding machines from the Japanese manufacturer TOYO. This means that the Aichach plastics experts, supported by capable partners, become a full-service provider of sustainable and turnkey production solutions for complex and know-how-intensive products in plastics production.

Wir sind ein international agierender Familienbetrieb aus Aichach, ein kreativer Motor bestehend aus 60 Köpfen, die mit ihrer Innovationskraft und ihrem Tatendrang nachhaltige und wirtschaftliche Kunststofflösungen vorantreiben. Mit drei Säulen – dem klassischen Werkzeugbau, der Ideenschmiede und der Spritzgusstechnik – vereinen wir Tradition und Innovation zu einem kraftvollen Gesamtkonzept. Spezialisiert auf maßgeschneiderte Projekte, setzen wir auf eine smarte, kunststoffgerechte Herangehensweise - "Wenn wir was machen, dann gscheid" spiegelt sich in unserem Fokus auf effektive, präzise Lösungen wider und ist fest in unserem Herzen und der DECKERFORM-DNA verankert. With our fully electric injection molding machines from the TOYO Si-6s series, you can save up to 70% energy and their precision makes them even more versatile. New technologies such as active injection foaming and injection compression molding or complex internal mold processes can be optimally controlled and monitored here. The high-quality Japanese machines are available in 14 sizes with clamping forces from 50 to 1,300 tons and a variety of injection units. Do you want to convince yourself? Then come over! We offer you free energy measurements and live tests in our technical center in Aichach or North Technical Center in Dinklage.

2. Foam Injection Moulding – Lightweight, Sustainable Plastics Production
Using the injection foaming process, DECKERFORM demonstrates how to manufacture plastic products that save material and weight. Particularly noteworthy is the ability to use recycled materials to create high-quality components with excellent mechanical, tactile, and optical properties – ideal for demanding applications such as furniture components.
