Thanks to decades of experience, continuous innovation in adapting the Comprex® impulse flushing technology to new applications, and ongoing investment in research projects, the technology is constantly being further developed and improved.

The latest innovation is Comprex® Pulse100 · ToolClean for the plastics industry.
It cleans the cooling and temperature control circuits of injection moulding tools – purely mechanically, using air and water. This prevents the build-up of deposits, biofilms and corrosion products, helping to minimise scrap in production.

Regular or preventive use helps maintain system performance and significantly extend service life.
