Claus Groth GmbH: Injection moulding | Toolmaking | Engineering | Prototyping
Since our foundation in 1948, we have been offering our customers complete solutions in plastics technology – from development, 3D printing, prototype tooling, series tooling, series production and assembly production.
Our family business in the 4th generation manufactures on 19 injection moulding machines. We are certified according to the ISO 9001 quality management system and the ISO 14401 environmental management system.

Overmolding metal parts.
We offer you extensive experience in overmolding metal parts. The production volume can vary from a relatively small number of components per year to a fully automated process with several million components per year.
Demolding with mechanical sliders.
We realize the majority of our mold projects with mechanical slides and offer extensive experience with, among other things: - Demolding with a mechanical slide (up to 23 slides per cavity, see Figure 1) - Demolding with an inclined ejector and latch lock - Demolding with an underfloor slide - Demolding with a hydraulic or electric core.
Collapsible cores
Our customers' demands for increasingly complex components at the lowest possible prices are nothing new to us. To meet these needs, we have continuously expanded our expertise in the area of thread and undercut demolding. For the cost-effective production of components with undercuts, we use a special technique: the use of collapsible cores.
