CINTRON offers a comprehensive portfolio of high-quality coupling systems and (customised) hoses in the field of heating technology for tools. The mono and multi-coupling systems are "Made in Germany" and suitable for almost all temperatures and applications and are available in brass or stainless steel. The products are generally available from stock.
The patented TempControl® quick coupling system with an application range of up to 220°C offers additional safety for the user. It has an automatic sleeve lock and an innovative thermal colour coding system that changes colour from blue to red at temperatures above 40°C.
The operator is protected against unintentional unlocking and warned of a high surface temperatures by using these couplings .

With precise, temperature-controlled production, it is entirely possible to master even complex material properties. Contour-following temperature control can significantly reduce scrap in part production and optimize efficiency.

Optimal temperature control for injection molding tools Our new partner Contura MTC has set itself the goal of offering its clients the best possible service in all aspects of optimal temperature control for injection molding tools. Comprehensive consultation is the first step in every project and also forms the basis for further cooperation. This allows the temperature control experts and their clients to assess and discuss possibilities and potential. In order to provide the most concrete and meaningful advice possible, the experts have developed a checklist that has proven to be extremely effective. With our technology, demolding-friendly, structured and polished surfaces can be produced using blasting technology. By using suitable blasting media mixtures, low-friction surfaces can be produced easily and efficiently. Lengthy, manual polishing processes can generally be dispensed with.

The patented TempControl® temperature regulation quick connect coupling system features a new and innovative thermo colour coding. It warns the operator of hot media as well as high surface temperatures of the coupling and thus offers reliable protection against potential injuries. As a result, this coupling is especially suited when using critical media as well as for extreme temperatures between -20°C and +220°C (subject to used media). High-quality FKM O-rings prevent leakages in high-temperature applications. Advantages: • Temperature-sensitive colour coding of the locking sleeve • Maximum safety against unintended disconnection and unlocking • Simple and intuitive coupling process • High-resistance seals for extreme conditions • Versions with additional O-ring sealing at connection port • Available for almost all temperature regulation series in various sizes, materials, types of connections and valves
Tempering- and conveyor hoses
Temperature Control Hoses: The selection of temperature control hoses to be used in production depends on various factors, such as the medium, temperature, and pressure within the circuit. We offer high-quality hoses for all temperature ranges. You benefit from our well-stocked warehouse, which ensures our fast delivery service. We offer PTFE and PFA hoses with metal braiding for high-temperature applications, as well as EPDM hoses, also available in custom configurations with fittings of your choice. You tell us your requirements and ... ... we deliver the right hose: Quickly, straightforwardly, and SAFELY. Our recommendation: Hoses for temperatures with heat protection hose for applications above 100°C to protect operating personnel. The material we use has excellent insulating properties and thus significantly reduces the risk of accidents caused by contact with hot metallic components. Additionally, you benefit from energy savings, as the heat dissipation into the surroundings is also significantly reduced. Conveying Hoses: Plastic granules are required for a wide range of applications. Often, additives such as glass fibers or flame retardants are added, which increases abrasiveness during transport. Temperature influences also come into play due to the often necessary pre-drying of the plastic being processed. We offer a wide selection of conveying and suction hoses in all diameters for all temperature ranges and materials. Naturally, our range also includes the necessary couplings for hoses and piping systems.
