Founded in 1956, today more than 400 employees process high-quality plastics into profiles , sheets , optical foils , tubes , thermoformed parts and injection moulded parts at locations in Offingen, China and Geretsried.
BWF Profiles is market leader in the field of extrusion of plastic profiles, tubes, sheets and optical foils for use in lighting, illuminated advertising and POS/displays throughout Europe and Asia. Our subsidiary BWF Thermoforms is the perfect partner for thermoforming visible parts of high quality and functional parts for technical purposes.

Products & services
Diffusionsfolien
With our optical foils in various designs we offer the ideal solution for every requirement. Whether modern lighting concepts with mostly tiny LED light sources or flat lighting systems. With our light-diffusing foils you achieve an optimal light diffusion without visible hotspots at highest transmission. Point-shaped light sources are transformed into pleasantly uniformly illuminated surfaces. We offer all optical foils as rolled goods with 250 m per roll in a width of 700 mm or in our standard sheet size 700 mm x 3050 mm. Of course, we are also happy to realize customer-specific coils, blanks or finished parts for you. Individual colouring is also available on request for a minimum quantity.
Kunststoffrohre
Extruded plastic tubes are fit for any number of different applications: Lighting, as LED holders with internal webbing, for a wide variety of optical features, as containers in industry or even as decorative elements. Coming in round, oval, rectangular or in more complex shapes, BWF Profiles offers top quality, precision products that further distinguish themselves through their surface finish, accurate fit and function.
Kunststoffplatten
BWF Profiles offers customers a large selection of sheets with a wide variety of photometric properties. Our diverse product range is completed by light-directing, light-diffusing, forward-diffusing and light-reflecting plastic sheets. Choose from a variety of materials such as polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC), acrylic satiné or satiné blend. Whether embossed, satin-finished, in BWF colourLED® or BWF reflectWHITE - we have a solution that is right for you. The majority of our sheets are available from stock at short notice. Depending on the quantity purchased, plastic sheets can also be extruded in the colour of your choice, various wall thicknesses and production lengths.
