About us
ARBURG is one of the world's leading manufacturers of injection moulding machines. The product portfolio encompasses ALLROUNDERs with clamping forces of between 125 and 6,500 kN, robotic systems, customer and industry-specific turnkey solutions, and further peripheral equipment.
ARBURG is a pioneer in the plastics industry when it comes to energy and production efficiency, digitalisation and sustainability. Its arburgXworld programme covers all of its digital products and services, and is also the name of the customer portal. Its “arburgGREENworld” initiative, meanwhile, covers resource efficiency and circular economy strategies, plus every company activity and approach that relates to this.
The central objective of ARBURG is to enable its customers to manufacture their plastic products, one-off parts to large-volume batches, to optimum quality, in a resource-efficient manner and at minimal unit costs. The company’s target groups include the automotive and packaging industries, communication and entertainment electronics, medical technology and the white goods sector.
ARBURG has its own organisations at 37 locations in 27 different countries and, together with its trading partners, is present in more than 100 countries. This creates an international sales and service network that allows the company to provide first-class customer support on the ground. Production takes place at the headquarters in Lossburg, Germany. Of a total of about 3,400 employees, about 2,800 work in Germany. About 600 further employees work in ARBURG’s organisations around the world.
The family-owned company is now in the hands of the third generation and achieved a consolidated turnover of around 575 million euros in 2025.

ALLROUNDER Injection molding machines
The hydraulic, hybrid and electric ALLROUNDER cover a clamping force range of 125 to 6,500 kN. The horizontal and vertical injection molding machines can be individually equipped.
Robot-Systems
ALLROUNDER can be automated with the vertically or horizontally engaging linear robot systems. INTEGRALPICKER and multi-axis robots (Yaskawa, KUKA) round off the automation program.
ARBURG host computer system (ALS)
With the MES system ALS, injection molding production can be planned and controlled efficiently. Thanks to its modular design, the ALS can be individually adapted to the needs of the respective production.
Turnkey projects
Injection molding machines, robotic systems and extensive peripherals can be combined into individual turnkey systems with ARBURG as a system supplier.
Machine controller GESTICA and GESTICA lite
The GESTICA and GESTICA lite controllers are intuitive to use. The GESTICA lite version also features a clear dashboard that offers everything needed for daily work. And all of this is intelligently and actively supported by assistance functions.

In the arburgXworld program, ARBURG bundles all of its digital products and services as well as the customer portal of the same name in an intelligent and clear manner.
